Have been wondering this.
would it be better to get a
CLS6 with say around 85K miles on it
or
CLS6 with say 110K miles on it after the 105K mile service.
What would be the better option. I mean less miles is always good but already having the 105K miles service is also a plus. What do you guys think?
No Im not buying one, or not yet i hope
.
I was just curious.

Blown is Best
With all other things considered equal, I would do the lower mileage one. 25K less miles is worth the cost of a timing belt change. Plus, you can make sure the timing belt is done correctly under your guidance.
Go to KBB.com and do a comparison yourself. Get the private party cost of a CLS6 and only change the mileage and tell us what the difference is in value.

there isnt a certain color combo im talking about nor nvai/non-navi. But many of the Cl's i find after seaching are either around 80-90K miles or 110-115K miles. a couple with under 50K which would be the best bet but are a little more pricey of course. Like I said Im not looking to buy one anytime soon. I just wondered what would be best. And I was assuming the timing belt and all that was done with the ones around 110K.
thanks for the replys though

Lower mileage one... the tbelt and water pump can be done for about 500-600 bucks, so you're not going to save much buy getting a car with the 105K done...
My brother bought a civic for my neice, and the tbelt had been done, but since it was done incorrectly (over tightened), it had to be done again.... Sometime it pays to get the service done yourself...
