Yeah, I had to crawl my ass back there to open the trunk once when the battery was disconnected. Now I am real careful about not closing the trunk with the battery unplugged because that was a real pain in the ass

Good thing my battery is still under the hood...or else I'd be screwed

Incidentally, my 51R Optima Yellow died 2 weeks ago(10 months old). The car wouldn't start, but I still had juice for all the locks/trunk, radio, and interior lights.

Just curious... why are you going to move your battery?

You can't bolt the turbo to the chassis because every time the motor rocks it will seriously stress and crack the manifold piping!

Exactly...you have to either build a bracket to mount the turbo to the engine, or hope like hell that the pipes can support the turbo...as far as grounding the battery, I just drilled a hole in my trunk and connected the ground to the chassis. The kit from summit is what I used, and it comes with a self drilling bolt...big ass thing makes a great ground. As far as running the power, just run it the same way you would run the power to an amp. I actually just used the amp power cable from the starter to the battery. (It was already huge wire)
