A&H Motorsport

Any of you guys purchased a spoiler from A&H? If so, how did it work out. Looks like I can save about $100.

Here's one for you. I thought these guys were honda/acura freaks. I ordered trunk tray, splash guards and mats from them. All genuine acura. I live relatively close to them so one day I'm visiting my mom in bucks county and I punch in their address into the navi and drive on over. Nothing special, a small counter area two bay garage. I figure, I'm here I'll buy some genuine honda oil for my first oil change and a filter. I ask the guy for the oil, he says, "we don't carry honda oil we just use generic oil like quaker state". I couldn't believe it. If I had walked in their and told him I was going to use QS oil in my acura I could visualize him tearing me a new ahole. So I bought a couple of honda filters and the drain plug grommets and said adios.

I quoted their price to my Acura parts dept., and he matched it. It's worth a try_with all the A&H prices

Hey MikeN
I purchased the spoiler from A&H, they were pretty good, it showed up on time, in a good box, and painted the correct and matching color. They also included very good instructions, hence my install went very well. The only speed bump in the process was figuring out how to remove old/install new, the two torsion bars that hold the trunk open. Or more specifically, how to do it without the single purpose Honda Factory tool, that is mentioned in the instructions. I used a little creativity with a 12 or a 14 inch chain wrench and a block of wood. The instructions also tell you to wear thick gloves while doing this part, it's good advice. Also know that an extra pair of hands would have been a bit helpful, when you actually install the wing.
The wing also came with Wire Ties to help route the wiring for the new cyclops position, a better fix would have been to include a dozen or so of those really cool Acura factory push in clips that also have integrated wire ties in their design. Good luck with your install, if you have any question please feel free.......

Well, I just called A&H and it actually looks like I'll save $150 buying the spoiler from them. The dealer wants $599 plus $46.42 in tax! A&H doesn't charge tax for those outside PA, so I just pay a $16 shipping charge.

I will call the dealer again to see if they'll meet A&H, but I doubt that they will.

Thanks for the help!

The best my dealer can do is $509 plus tax. Looks like I'm going with A&H for sure.
