Greddy E-Manage question
This will be difficult to explain and express, but here goes. I've been studying the various maps that are on my car that was provided by allmotor.
On the maps you can make adjustments by selecting four different values; they are,
1) Pressure Sensor (V) (V)= ((volts))
2) absolute pressure (kpa)
3) kg/cm^2
4) mm/hg
Let me just use the sub injector map for this example. on the top is the rpm scale and on the side is the scales mentioned above with values, you can select any of those. Then there are the colums for imputing your injector duty.
The injector duty that is prgrammed, there are many, but just picking the first one, is set to come on at ....
2500 rpm at 1.44kg/cm^2, 4.00v, 141kpa, and 1058mmHg
When I convert kpa, kg/cm, or mm/hg to psi, this first colum adding injector duty translates to 20.48psi of boost. Meaning that injector duty won't come on till it reaches this boost level, obviously, not boosting that much.
How can this map possibly be adding fuel and pulling timing if the values are what they appear? Either this map is not doing a thing, or I'm missing something.

What's up tom, with my maps I'm using V1.25a which also shows the throttle %. Mine are setup using throttle %. Using the pressure sensor and comparing I believe these amounts would = the % listed next to the pressure sensor amount. So looking at the information you gave it appears the additional injector works at 2500rpms while @50% throttle.
2.00 = 0%
2.20 = 3%
2.40 = 6%
2.60 = 10%
2.80 = 15%
3.00 = 20%
3.20 = 25%
3.40 = 30%
3.60 = 35%
3.80 = 40%
4.00 = 50%
4.20 = 60%
4.40 = 70%
4.60 = 80%
4.80 = 90%
5.00 = 100%

Does the E-Manage allow you to change Duty and fuel cycles? Or allow you to control each cylinder with a certain % of fuel per revolution?
Generally, I don't know about the E-Manage specifically, but the injector cycle is controlled by the TPS (or %) [right?]. So like said above, the injector should come at a certain throttle %.

nitequill- it only allows you to change the overall injector duty cycle, not on as individual cylnder basis.

Are you looking at the real time data when driving? You should be able to see what the sub injector is during using it. I believe there is a field for it.

Believe I've figured it out. emanage uses absolute pressure, there is a differential. After what seems like countless hours looking on the net for an answer, looks like after you convert kg/cm2 or any of the other values to psi, you then subtract 14.7, atmospheric pressure, and it makes more sense. Forgot alll about this basic high school math, . Just what i need, another reminder of my age..hehe
