Great White North

Hello all Acura lovers,

I'm new here just thought I would say hi before I started posting.
Last week I just bought a 2003 3.2 CL type-s 6 speed.
It's got 127000 km on it but is in perfect condition and runs great.
I spent 2 months looking for a car and finaly settled on the CL and I love it.
I'v already got the Alpine Type S 6x9 ready to go in, and NRG Engine damped is on it way.
If you have any sugestions on anything I should check before I start any boltons ect. PLEASE let me know.
I'v done my home work, Just looking for any sugestions.

Thanks

Jason

Suggestion... Return the Type-S's, and get the Alpine Type R speakers.

Fixed.

Injen for growl and gains or Comptech for quiet and the most gains.

Drop it first.

EDIT: Sorry, I'm biased. I don't care for the AEM all that much.

drop, then some rims....It's taken me almost over a year to decide what rims I want.

Whatever rims you get, make sure they are what you want. first.

Helmet, booooo....................... AEM makes the same noise as Injen.

I didn't even get this kinda welcome with the "money pit" warning when I first joined, but I didn't have to .. already spent over $3000 without anyone warning me.

Why ask? He's a Canadian. Canadians didn't get navi in their cars then.

But they did get "low washer fluid" warning light though.

I can't deny the sound of our engines is one of the things that attracted me to the CL.
And personally I don't think the gain from the comptech will be that great over the Injen. Why not make that sweet growl even better.

I know coilovers are the sheit, But did anyone every have any problems with springs and shocks?

Combinations?
H&R, Comptech, Eibach
Koni, Tokico, Stocks
