So I'm taking a right into this store parking lot and the person in front of me stopped short, so I stopped short. This woman in a Ford Explorer behind me was trying to cut around me on the left and swiped my back bumper. I pull out of the way and look towards her, thinking she'll pull in with me....SHE FUCKING TAKES OFF...FLOORS IT!!! It was ON....I ripped out of the parking lot and cut through a gas station to get on her tail...flashed my beams on her, she pulls into a bank parking lot about a mile up the road with her registration ready for me.

I said, "Were you going to stop after hitting me?"

She says, "You know I was going to stop....plus, it doesn't look like there was any damage" She gets out of her car and starts spitting on her hand and wiping the black streaks off the cracked paint on my rear bumper saying, "Yeah..this isn't anything....I'm going to make sure my insurance company is made completely aware of this damage."

I said, "I'm going to completely get my rear bumper painted by your insurance company since you hit me from behind."

She says, "Are you sure I did this?" I said, "M'am, this is a show car, I'm well aware of every nick on this car...you did it all right."

So...long story short, I get the rear bumper that was already chipped up on the other side (by me) repainted for free. If this lady wouldn't have tried to RUN AWAY, I would have totally let it go, but now she's gonna pay!!

I don't know why woman love to drive big SUV, truck, & mini van and they can't drive shit.

I almost got hit in a store parking lot yesterday too. when this woman didn't stop at the stop sign trying to make a right turn.

 

She's not a bitch, but a fooking Cun$Tless coward. People like this are responsible for jacking insurance rates up ! I would have called the cops for "hit and run" and then complain your kneck hurts ! Throw the book at this C*nt ! Unbelievable !

It makes you wonder if this lady hit your car while it was parked, would she have left a note or just took off. Its pretty easy to see the answer to this one.

You should have called the cops and had a formal police report if you didnt do that already. You can press charges for what she did, and i would have been very tempted to do after she tried to remain ignorant even after you caught her.

FUCK I hate those people, I wish i would have been able to catch the fucker that did that to my bumper!!!

I've been told by my insurance company that is situations where the other party or not coorporative, you need to get on your cell phone and call the police right away and have them also show up. You should have called them when you were talking. If she leaves after you call the police you tell them. They will make sure she behaves in the future.

probably! i havent heard from her since the day after the incident.

reminds me... i have to send an estimate to the 88 year old that knicked my rear bumper two weeks back. just got my copy of the police report and estimate for $615.40 to repaint the rear bumper.

 

Man, i wish Michigan didn't have this bullshit no-fault insurance. My bumper from when i was rear-ended is all scratched up and bent, and is cracking in some spots. But i can't get the insurance of the woman who rear-ended me to pay for it because of no-fault. My damn deductable is more than the cost of getting the bumper replaced/painted.

I want out of this damn state.
