Got off the phone with Englishtown management
this ties into the next NorthEast meet we have been discussing since the PAA meet...
it took them about 2 weeks to return my call, so here's what we talked about...
1. use of both the 1/4 drag strip and autox
2. costs
3. private pit areas
here is the outcome:
1. we can use 1 or both
2. autox - $2,500 for the whole day (i almost laughed)
1/4 - $25 - $30 per person...that's it...includes trophies for winners
3. separate, blocked-off pit for us + free hospitality suite where we can have grub
so since people wanna do Lime Rock for a course course, how bout we also do a day at Englishtown where we can do eliminations, brackets and such for the day...as i mentioned, they'll give out trophies, plus we'll have priority access to run, so they'll put us in front of everybody...the guy is sending me more info on this, and im sure i'll b calling back with other questions...but i wanted to throw this idea at u guys to guage interest...would u mind spending a Sat or a Sun at Englishtown for the day and race as much as u want for $25 - $30???

yeah it would b an Aug/Sept/Oct area thing...let the weather cool down a little if we're lucky...grudge runs all day...prove who's the fastest shifter in the group
and the guy said Saturdays are pretty much free...Sundays are a bit more difficult to get...and it wouldn't b a total renting out of the track...we'd b mixed with other people doing stuff like Import Wars and brackets and such, but we'd b given the VIP treatment anyway

You actually passed it up on the way to PAA. It was exit 7a on the turnpike.
