i have direct access to honda parts database, not the acuraautomotiveparts.org site, but a one that gives u parts numbers

i found the ones for the TL, but do thses fit into the CL bumper?

there are no factory fog lights available for the 03....you can jerry-rig some aftermarket stuff, or order all the parts for the 01-02 "driving lights"

No, the TL foglights do not fit into the CL bumper. The 01-02 CL roadlamps will fit but they are not foglights. I got some 01 roadlamps for my 03 CL bumper but have not spliced into the wiring to run them yet. The stock wiring was also removed from the 03 CL. The roadlamps are about $45 each, the stock wiring is about $150 per side, but instructions for splicing into the low beam wiring are on the FAQ forum.
