Got my Plenum painted!! Check out the BIG pics!

the body shop that my car was at scratched it, so i wanted it repainted, and since the guy is cool he decided he would paint it a custom color of my choice!

i love it!!

i even have car show this weekend at Sears Point to attend and this just makes my car even better!

the pics make it a little shinyer than in real life, but it's damn near the same color as the engine cover

What color is that? It looks like the stock black.

here is a pic of the stock plenum GRAY color (as you can see in the pics above it is a way darker shade of gray, almost the same color as the plastic engine cover)

and rolie, acura did replace it a month ago, but just two weeks ago, my body shop accidently scratched it and the engine cover (remember me TELLING you that at the meet last week!) so he agreed to replace the plastic engine cover and paint my plenum a custom color

Ok I see now. You painted the grey intake piece that stays on the engine, not the covers.

Well, I saw the painted resonator on Dragoon's car, and I have to say, it looks GOOD!!!! The paint matched the plastic engine cover perfectly!!!! Nice job!!!!!
