sorry to hear that your lights got stolen but isnt there an alarm on the market that does shock u when u touch it im pretty sure you can get it done maybe some specialty shops might carry it cause there is a shop here in miami that does oil slicks nail drops and all the james bond s**t except for guns and missiles im wouldnt be surprised if they carried electric shock alarms
