Got my car back.Redline problem. Car not going past 5500-5600 rpm

Got my car back.Redline problem. Car not going past 5500-5600 rpm
So I got my car back last week, and ive been testing everything out. My car is redlining at 5500. do you guys have any idea what could be the problem? my car did roll over, and now all i can think of is could it be possible that something is clogged? should i change my spark plugs out? I thought i should post it over here as well because after all, my car is a 6-speed :P

Do you have any check engine lights?
Did anything break or was replaced in the engine bay?
Was your car fully warmed up?
Do you have enough oil?

Check your oil or oil pressure.

oil pressure thing would happen around 4800 ...interestingly 5500 is the fuel cut for park/neutral !

No limp mode on a stick.
