Got a great quote for lip spoiler painting

It seems that a lot of body shops don't know what a lip spoiler is.

A few weeks ago I called them and told them that I wanted my lip spoiler painted, the guy on the phone said "about $125"

I took the lip spoiler to that same shop today and the guy told me it's gonna be around $45-50 and I can pick it up tomorrow.

It seems like they think it's a normal spoiler or something. So whoever's getting theirs painted, don't call and ask for a quote or give them your name, just walk in. It's really a REALLY small object to paint compared to some other things they're used to. $50 seems just about right for something like this.

Went to pick it up today and the guy only charged me 30 bucks. I got the replica spoiler but the paint looks great, doesn't look like it's going to chip but you never know.

that is when the m5 spoiler starts to pay off. the car looks hot when you are anywhere from 25-50 feet. 100 feet gives people some curiousity too.

I will but I'll be in Michigan until Monday. I put it on myself. I had actually put it on and it wasn't 100% the way it's supposed to be so I just pulled it off. I remember reading something about "once the 3m tape is on on it's on" but I was able to pull it off and reallign it.
