There's a new stretch of road near my house and turning onto this stretch I was next to a kid in a 99-00 Civic Si. It was dropped and had Greddy exhaust. He also had stickers from a local performance shop. Well we caught another light on a straight area with no traffic around. I know this shop has an Si with turbo but he has a grill kit so i cant see an intercooler, decide to give it a shot. Well to put it in simple terms when i shut down at 110 he was about 5 cars back. So we keep driving, no more racing for about 6-7 miles. Catch another light on a completely different road and we talk for a minute. Turns out he had i/h/e with 100 shot that he didnt use. Well half way through this convo i hear someone on my passenger side door say "HEY", so i turn expecting someone to say nice car, well...It was Sheriff's deputy. This is how our convo went. Cop: "You two idiots gonna drag race?" Me: "No Sir"
Cop: "But you were racing before?"
Me "No sir"
Cop "Well I just got a call that you two were racing"
Me: Uhhh....
Cop "Your not going to do it again right?"
Me: No sir
Cop "Good, I dont care what you have on your car, it aint faster than mine so dont try it"
Me being a smartass, I cant help but laugh at the last comment he has just made. Luckily he just pulled away. Paranoid for at least a week now though.

Makes me wonder why i want to be a cop....I'll have to work with idiots like that guy. Maybe I'll wait till i gte my own cop car and then race him for slips just so i can get him fired. What a D-BAG.
