Silver/Black with NAVI, Intake (AEM I think), Tint, and 52K miles (ouch!). Carfax shows one accident (minor). Any thoughts. I was thinking less than 19, but I've got them down from $21K.

Would prpbably think a little less since shows been in an accident. 52k miles , is nothign for the J32A2 engine of our cars.

I was thinking 18500. 21K - 1500 for miles, 500 for mods, 500 for accident.

If ita an acura dealer, id tell them that i wasn't too interested in mods, and wouldnt pay extra for it. If anything, you should try to get them to go down more, because mods usually bring value down, considereing things have to be taken apart and put back together. I would also try and make it seem like a bigger deal it was in an accident. Good luck with the purchase.

you might be able to go 18.5, i got my 01 cls (non navi-all stock with 2 bad tires and really bad rims, and very minor body damage) for 15.5

As long as the car was restored back to the original using OEM parts, and you can't tell the difference, I would not worry about it. As long as its not "R" or "Salvaged" title, I would not worry about the accident. Just make sure there are no signs of accidents and car drives fine. On 1-2 year old cars, body shops only use new OEM parts (when car is 1-2 years old, its virtually impossible to find parts on junk yard).

Lets say a bumber was replaced with a new OEM bumber, why should the car have any less value??
