Getting the backseat out

Hey guys with 2nd gen TL's and CL's:

How do you get the back seat out? I wanna adjust my rear shox and need to get the seatbacks out. It looks like there's maybe 4 screws in the bottom of the back cushion, but I thought I'd ask before going at it.

Thanks in advance,
Nutz

Getting it out is easy but putting it back is more of a challenge
