General Dealer Repair network info...

If I bring a car into a dealer for a problem or maintance & the car was serviced, or repaired at another dealer, will the current dealer be able to pull up the repair records from the previous dealer?

Can the new dealer request these records if any?

Say a problem was discovered. Could the dealer then look it up?
