to gas or not to gas?

hey, when your'e in SS, should you be gassing the car when you up shift?......is there will be a difference in pick-up? or should you let up on the gas to up-shift, like a true manuel transmission........wondering....thanks

Just tap it forward, you are all set It is Semi-Auto, do not worry, the PCM (computer of the powertrain) will take care of that for you )

Letting up on the gas will confuse the computer and you might not get your shift, or it will be late or rough. Keeping your foot on the gas will give a quicker, firmer shift.
