this is funny I am sucha tool...lol

So I was under my car today looking at my sway bar links in the rear cause i just bought the Progress RSB, and I noticed my drivers side exhaust flange BOLT is SNAPPED in HALF from corrosion. Like it's still stuck there but it's in 2 pieces and the other bolt is corroded on bad also.

So i bought my car in May and it had a lil bit fo a g35 hum to it and i'm thinking this is weird but never did it cross my mind to be an exhaust leak. But it was a serious exhaust leak..

The whole time i'm thinking to myself, wow this car kinda sounds like a G.... HAHAHAHAHA and now I know wtf it UP

Just thought you all could have a good laugh.

I know I did.

I'm gonna bring it to acura to fix that cause the flange is rusted too and if u heat that up too much it's likely to snap or warp in the process so they must do it carefully and slowly to do it right.

1 hr labour, but w/e ... it is what it is

Take it to an exhaust shop, that way you wont pay Acura prices.

Might as well do your whole exhaust now

I put in a 14" magnaflow resonator on my new setup and it has a G35 sound. I love it.
And stop paying dealership labour prices!!

taking the mid muff off the TL is a good idea, but its mixed for a CL. some like it, some dont.

People have had good results with a 14" magnaflow resonator in place of the mid muff though.

yea see I don't like the whole welding it part. I been fucked at shops getting that done also. Everywhere I go they fuck SOMETHING up. It's retarted. Accept the dealr cause this one guy alan always works on my car, and hook me up.

I'd rather pay a lil more to have it done proper.

out here in the gta, everyplace with fuck you for ur money unless u know someone. And even then i still been screwed around.
