I signed up for Saturday Sep 11th at 2:30 down in Philly.
I would have preferred earlier in the day, but that’s the first one available.

If you register online for these events, do they keep sending you stuff in the mail. I'm always wary of putting my address and phone number on the internet for anything. Anyways I called and am trying to get sunday sometime in the afternoon.

Yes. Maybe go back in and sign up again (say, for Sunday morning at 8)
