I was wondering what would happen if my NAV dvd stopped working because it had a scratch or something on it. Would they give me the current version I have, or because they new one is out, they no longer carry the older versions?

I would hope that you could send back your scratched one and they would replace it. Seeing the damaged disk should tell them you're not trying to get a free copy. Good luck.

why in the world should they replace a disc you scratched?

leave your friggen disc in the navi where it belongs and it wont be scratched. lol

Im sayin if somehow the dvd stopped working, or was unreadable. I didnt say to scratch it intentially.

I would think if there was a problem with the disc itself that you didn't cause, kinda like the problem with the new DVD disc, that they would replace it for free.
