fouled out spark plug? Help!

Im guessing this is really bad.....Ok, I got home and desided to check the spark plugs and wires. Unpluged wire for cyl. #4 I decided to give it a try and turn the car on. The car started but it was shaking since it was working on 3 cyl. so, I thould I pluged that one back in but didn't since there was no connection inside(my mistake) and unpluged cyl. #3. Car did start. So I went ahead and put the connectors back 2gether and try starting the car. Nothing. I noticed that the cyl. #4 spark plug was 1/4" filled with dirty/dark oil. Car still doesn't start. Any ideas of what could be wrong with it. Oil was not overfilled. What else could cause this to happen and what could I do about it? This is for a 90 accord. Please help me A.S.A.P. Thank you....
