is there a way for a-cl to stop sendin me the damn e-mails, i already selected the option for no e-mail notification and it is still comin in. what now?

you have to go to your control panel scroll down to the bottom... and remove all your subscriptions.
that option about email notification just turns it off as a default everytime u post. so u dont auto subscribe.
