Fog Lights
Im kinda new here guys so go easy on me but I have an 01' CL type S and I dont know how to work the fog lights. I'm not even sure if those are fog lights!!!

They arent fog lights. 
You are probably referring to the roadlamps which turn on when you turn on your headlights. Unless you car has aftermarket foglights.
