Mrsteve is a track whore!

glad we found the problem....haha...berny's a track noob! no offense!

at worst stock in the conditions mentioned you should be no worse than 15.2-15.3. My worst time (besides hitting rev-limiter) the first time I ever went (stock at the time) was a 15.3 @92mph. It was hot and humid but altitude was not a problem. get the actuator fixed and get back there!

how'd you do? I assume by your avatar that you didn't beat your PB.

I might be going this coming Friday or the following saturday for import wars. I need to get better than a 14.6 @96 damnit! I would like to see a 14.5-14.4 @97-98.

Only managed a 14.3 @ 98.

The track was packed and I didn't get a chance to have back to back runs like this car needs. If it is turned off between runs or sits for too long between runs it gets slower.

My best runs always come from 3 or 4 back to back runs within 25 minutes or so, with each run gettiing faster and faster.

My 60's weren't the best last night either. Out of 5 runs 2 2.1s 3 2.2s. Need to get another set of tires. My Conti's have 40k on them.

Under the new changes, the timing system will be modified to display a perfect reaction time as .000 for all categories All of my local tracks (4 of them) have switched all classes to run a .000 a perfect light. Anything below a .000 (negative numbers) would be a red light. This makes it easier for everyone watching the racing, people moving from one class to another, etc. Also, tracks are switching to LED lighting instead of incandescent bulbs, these light up faster and are less prone to damage from the vibrations of louder cars.
i noticed that too, i actually thought i was red lighting until some one told me

I can't wait to see what I can do with the S/C. I generally run 2-3 tenths faster than other people with the same mods as I have now

actuator is backorder... you guys are right, most dealers don't really know what it is. The first mecanic needed advice from a second mecanic. Anyways, it'll take them 2 weeks to get the piece, what a this is

And isn't berny's R/T fucking excellent? 0.173 is one of the lowest I've ever seen. Broken actuator is my guess too.

It would be excellent if that wasn't a redlight. Under 0.5 is redlight... so illegal if you were bracket racing.

honestly, your R/t has nothing to do with it...

More likely it is your god-awful 2.5 60'.... you should be able to at least pull a 2.0... that extra half second is costing you MORE than a second on your ET!!

Didnt see anyone mention it... Suprised...

I think that the track I was on didn't have that rule. (under 0.5 = redlight)... but I could be wrong. the reason why I say this is because I would of been told if the redlight would of went on...
