by racing my friend's supercharged Solara. On the way home from work, I spotted Solara with bodykit and aftermarket rims. The driver tried to get it on with me. Due to the probation and traffic, I didn't wanna go for it. By the time he was passing by, I rolled down the window to give him a thumb up for the nice looking bodykit (which I drooled over), I recognized the passenger, my friend. So I waved him into an empty street. They told me the Solara has a supercharger which another friend of mine said I have no chance to beat it. We did 2 runs. First one was rolling start at around 3-5 mph. Shifted 1-2-3, screwed up, hit rev limitter but still ahead of him about 1 car at 80. second run, dead stop, forgot to turn of VSA, fell behind 'till 45, came through with a car ahead (more or less). We stopped at a parking lot and he told me the VTEC was screaming. I made the correction "It was the intake" .
Given the fact that the Solara had 2 ppl, but my car has the system, tool box, and all kind of junk plus I screwed up (even my friends could tell)I think our car could have approx. 2 cars ahead at 100 ... above that I have no idea. Anyway, it was the first time I've pushed my car that hard. DAMN, I LOVE MY CAR and every second I spent in it
