Completely sold out.

Maybe sometime in the distant future if I ever cross paths with a reliable factory, we may reintroduce the kit back to the market as a limited run typo of thing, but not anytime this year or next.

 

What about a newer style front lip,just a front lip.
I'm sure you would have a bunch more people interested in a front lip.
And it would also be more cost friendly for all making and buying one piece.

Or if you could basically make the TL lip kit for us, a one-time group buy on that would definitely garner a lot of interest.

As much as I would love a kit redesign (mainly just the front lip), the cost associated with it probably isn't worth if for RJ. He would need to design it, make the mold, and then produce it. With the current kit, he already did steps one and two. He would also need more then just a handful of people saying "I'd buy it".

 

This has been the single biggest problem with group buys on this site for as long as this site has existed

 

Group buys suck on custom orders.
I will never just let my money sit in someones hand at the orders leisure.
glad I did not pony up on those motor mounts that everyone waited forever to have the wrong stuff sent.
Lips would definitly sell.

Good news is that we got our hands on the original molds from our old factory and delivered them to a new factory we use for our other urethane needs.
Bad news is that we don't have any in stock and the mold's frame needs a little repair before it can be used.

So with that info and the history of this kit, unless we get 5 sales, we won't be investing in the repair of the mold frame.
