1. What was/is the factory warranty for the CL-S? Did it come with a bumper-to-bumper of any type or just a power train warranty?

2. The stock 17" tires look as though they have "street" tread. What series are the stock tires and can one easily replace the stock tires with something like Toyos, Pirellis or Michellin 17" and 45 series? I've got 215-45-17's on my current car and the profiles on those seem lower than the stock 17" CL-S tires.
