OK folks, I got a little more info and wanted to see if people were serious about coming down for this. I found out that we could get the track for either 45 or 60 minutes. I would think that with 60 minutes and 20 people we might be able to get everyone a 10 lap practice run, a 10 lap run and then a 20 round race for the top 5 of each bracket. If time permits we might be able to throw in another run for the 10 losers. I'll get the exact numbers but I believe reserving the track for the hour would be about xxx.

I included the dates and times available and would like to get an idea of what people can do. Please vote and let me know what you all think.
