I am thinking of doing headers and intake, my question is if I do an exhaust with a silencer, (CT) would I see any power gains, I really don't want to change the sound of my car that much, which it seems that most exhausts do.

CT exhaust gives about 1-2 HP gain, silencer just about takes off all of the gain

The power with or without the silencer is unoticed

Wait for Comptech B-pipe it is in the works expect summer or winter this year last I heard. They got about 7 HP from the SC CL-S so expect 4-5 with the stock exhaust N/A.
