Exhaust Hangers

Sorry, Ive searched all over for an old post and I cant find one.... I need to order a pair of rubber exhaust hangers for my CL-S 03, since on of my greddys hangs lower.... Ive searched on google and stuff and Im not sure which is the correct rubber hanger to fix it, can anyone give me a direct link to the OEM one, Im assuming the price wont be that much anyway... That would be really great. Thanks

i used hose clamps to solve that problem. got the idea from one member on the forum. just get some from kragen, pep boys, etc, put the clamp over the oem rubber hanger and tighten. it should raise the muffler.

It's not the hangers that are the problem. The CL and TL are notorious for having 1 hanging lower than the other.

Easy fix. Either DIY or have a muffler shop bend the hanger bracket that's attached to the frame up or down to adjust the mufflers. Problem solved. NEXT!!!!

I agree with NSXNext.. the permanent fix is to have a muffler shop bend the pipes. I found the pipes had to be bent, not just the bracket. I also tried the NSX hangers which are supposed to be heaview than the CLS ones, and while they wiggled less, they were still uneven.

hmm i took them to the muffler shop like you guys said, and what he did was he made it so the left side went down and the right side came up a bit, so now its a bit more even but both exhausts hang lower than they use too... I kinda dont like how it looks, if I added another set of hangers to each side, would that bring the whole system up? or should i go back and tell him i want it up higher... (i feel bad for asking him again, but i did pay 20$) ???
