Exhaust

for an 03 CL-S is there any exhausts that have a nice deep rumble (no ricer) arent to big, kinda small like comptech exhaust, and costs $200 or below with DIY install.

I think size and sound are going to be proportional in most cases. Nothing the size of the CT exhaust will give you that kind of sound and you won't find anything NEAR $200 for even two mufflers unless it's a cheap crap exhaust.

You can't even get used mufflers for 200.
A small muffler like th e comptech one that comes to mind are magnaflow or flowmasters. All you nned to do is pick a exhasut tip you like and have the muffler shop weld it on. If you don't remove your two stock resonators and just install the muffler you should ge a nice deep sound.

What do you mean? I can go to a muffler shop and they will make pipes and weld them on, and ill get a nice deeper sound with them for less?
