errr....my jack point bent...!!

errr....my jack point bent...!!

so i was rotating my wheels today and after im just checking everything and i feel under the front section of my driver side and notice that my jack point apparantly bent?! i have no idea how this happened...but its going to make rotating my tires a little harder now...what can i do? Can these be replaced and what kind of cost am i looking at? Thanks guys.

The Same thing happened to me except on the passenger side just use the front tow hooks. I was told if you bend it back it is not safe because it is weak from the bends.

It's fine; just position the lift/jack right up against it. It's not gonna bend anymore. Or you can get a new one welded one for like 80 bucks at the dealership, I think??

Yeah I bent mine too , driver's front. Don't think I've jacked it up since then but you can still place the jack underneath it... it's the correct location, only thing is you'll end up with a totally smooshed jack point. Those things are pretty weak IMO, could have made them a little more robust...
