eibach sways are on my car (long)
Install was easy but the getting the front sway bar out was a beyotch. Not really noticing any big changes (maybe because i don't have springs and i'm still using the crapchelins. Any one in the valley have a cl with sways and no springs interested in doing a little comparo?
Funny thing is, the steering feels lose to me. There is a little bit of play in the steering wich wasn't there prior to the install. I don't know if it's in my head. also it seems like the cars likes to turn right better than it turns left (gonna check air pressure) is there any chance I messed up the install. I did try to center the sways as best as I could without doing any measurements. I wonder if this is what's giving me that sensation of looseness. Anyways i'll kep u guys posted once i drive the car a bit more.

3 hrs, should've taken less but ran into some little snags. some tips to make ur life easier:
1. the eibach logo is facing up (not readable from below)
2. Unlike the rear bushings, the opening on the front bushings faces forward. also pay attention to the orientation of the metal bracket upfront. the shorter end faces fwd.
3. the higher u jack up the car, the better and there is no need to remove the wheels.

Where did u get ur sways from and for how much?
I am really concerned with how long it will be before u start getting squeeks becuase the teflon tape wore out. Some people have not gotten squeeks, hopefully u are one of those people.

got them from eiaccord from the v6forum. got them for 250 and saved on the shipping charges by picking them up myself.
As far as the teflon tape goes, no tape was provided for the install but they did provide this really sticky silver grease (looked like lithium or silicone grease). hopefully it won't start creaking any time soon.

I remember the day I installed my Comptechs on the CLS....I drifted around the corner on the downhill out of my work...it was the best feeling ever!!! Now, I drift daily in the G.
