Ebrake light comes on while i am accelerating?
If I push the car to more than a crawl from standstill (or even a crawl) when accelerating, my ebrake light comes on and stays on until i ease up from the gas pedal. I just bought the car and I was wondering if any of you guys know anything about this?
It does it everytime.
CH1276... u know anything about this.
I've only had the car for two days and I am LOVING it. Anyone who says the styling is bland needs a serious smack in the face. I've gone out to my drive way to look at the car at least 10 times today alone.
Anyway
Whats up with the light????

someone on here said not to top it off, because if its low that means there is some type of leak or something? So should I have the entire thing checked out?
I gotta bring this bad boy in to PAA for a complete check up and my 30K service.

Just have them flush the brake fluid when you take it in.
Topping off the brake fluid isn't going to hurt anything in the meantime. Just be sure to use the same type of fluid that is already in there.

If i bring in the car to acura service and tell them I just bought it so I want them to inspect the entire thing are they going to charge me for it, or will they do it for free?
If they are going to charge me I might as well jsut have them do the 30k service because they inspect most of the car anyway.
Any suggestions, I want to make sure everything is in good working order, Im sure I don't have a lemon, but just in case, I only have about 800 more miles before I lose the law on my side!

haha
I dont think you understood what I meant, it was a little off topic.
i mean the lemon law. Not necessarily because of the brake light, but just because I want to have the entire vehicle inspected. Now if I get the 30K service they will pretty much inspect the whole thing.
But if I just ask them to inspect the whole thing because I jsut bought the car, and not have the 30k service, will they charge me for that?

For the lemon law to apply you'd need to the exact same problem repaired 3 times unsucessfully. That isn't the case here just because you are a little low on brake fluid.
You'll be charged no matter what. Low brake fluid (unless there is a leak somewhere in the line) won't be covered.
