driving lamp trouble

one of my driving lamps won't light up. I think it burned out, and I only had the car 6 months! I do drive with the lights on day or night, has this happenned to anyone. My car looks like it got into a fight and got a black eye. any suggestions on what bulbs to replace it with? I want the yellow lexus look.

Yeah, apparently the stock driving lamps only have a life of like 3000 hours or something. One of mine went out after maybe a year, then about a month later the other one went out. I just left them they way there are.
