Drivers side HID flickering

Okay well today I went to the DC auto show and parked my car at a valet parking spot in DC. Well first of all when I come back my car is parked on a HILL! and there is no attendant. the fooker who I'm sopose to pay 10 dollars for 1 hour to watch my car isn't there. So to test my shock sensor and to get some attention I tapped my car to set off the alarm. The horns are going off, and HID's blinking and everyone around the block looking at me like I'm nuts. I continue to let it go off and capture the headlights turnig on/off horns on my digicam. but after about 1 min my drivers side HID wasn't synced w/ the passenger side and was sometimes not even turning on. just the passenger side turning on and off. But after about 10 seconds of this nonsence and giving me a heart attack making me think my driverside HID bulb is out, made me instantly think of the SilverKnight's pic of his 1 headlight picture. well my alarm finally turned off and the still no attendant. so my girl walks up to the place where they keep the keys and opens the door and gets my keys.

WTF!!! its wasn't even LOCKED I could of easily picked up someone else's key or wat if some fooker picked up my keys and car!!! I then took a deep breath then drove out of the parking lot. And what do u see? the fooken parking attendant.
AND he has the NERVES to make me pay. I basically said
"NO I ain't paying you, I'm sopose to PAY YOU 10 dollars to watch my car for fooken 1 hour and you can't even do that? and then you LEAVE MY KEYS unlocked out in the open?' and then I drove off.

ERRRRRRRRR

That's whack.

Btw, I don't know about HIDs being turned on and off rapidly. Maybe they can't handle that?

Having the alarm trigger the lights is probably hurting the lights. Good job, Joe. :P

Maybe your HIDs acting funny is just a sign that your transmission is about to go?! Just kidding, but lately it seems like anything weird turns into a tranny failure.

That's good that you didn't pay the attendant tho. I'd have gone one step further: grab ALL the keys from the board, rip off the valet tags on the keys, and when the valet comes back yell at him that anybody could steal these keys and the cars. Then throw all the keys back at him and watch him squirm trying to match up the keys to the cars.

hey silver.....didn't you wire up your sensor like nova's? did you remove it? what about the others who have installed shock sensors, do you get the same thing or did nova do something special?

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't the factory alarm trigger the HID's as well? If so this can not be that bad. If it is, you could probably put it on Acura.
