Driver visor cover broke off, shouldn't it be fixed under warranty??
The plastic cover for my driver side visor snapped off. Now i dont have a cover for the mirror, and the light doesnt come on anymore either. Just my luck huh? Well it was ok, since i purchased this vehicle earlier this year it should be covered by warranty, wrong!
I guess service was telling me some bs on how this is a 'cometic issue' and so warranty would not cover it. Thats just great. I know for a fact that if i wanted to repair this i'd be instantly raped with outrageous quotes. Acura Dealers really grind my gears, or at least their policy with 'cosmetic issues'. Thanks Acura, you rock!

Does the car have warranty left, or are you thinking it does cause you bought it less then 1 year from the dealer? Either way that cover is cheap I'm sure as well as the light bulb for the mirror.
Go to one of the online parts place listed in the FAQ & search for the parts you need.

it's probably not covered but if the dealer really wants to they can easily pay for it. i just got my dealer to pay for a tire alignment just because i kept bitching til they just didnt wanna hear it. try to call the general manager and simply be polite and explain how dissapointed you are from the quality of the car and that lil things like this will probably prevent you from buying your next acura at that dealership.
