I am been a rather passive participant of this board.

Some of the old guys may remember my nick.

Well, a rattle around the LHS rear speaker and the brake light developed a few days after I got the car and I tried without any luck to solve it with the solutions I read here.

I have the car since Aug and you can guess how long I needed to suffer that rattle whenever I am on uneven/bumpy roads!!! Finally, I found the problem... if the methods on the boards did not help you either, you may want to try this.

Arrange the rear passengers' safety belts so that it will not touch the side panels. After doing this, I discovered that on my daily 50 miles commute, there was no more rattles!!

Finally, the sweet sound of the road and no more rattling.

btw, i saw a phat blue CL today on Rutgers - New Brunswick. It has the unmistakable rims of the CL-S. Don't tell me the CL-S comes with blue now!!!

 

I think the type S comes in blue in canada. only.
