Does NE one have have 18X8 ,40 offset or ADR Kasia 18

Im wanting to get 18 ADR Kasias but they only make them in an 40 offset. I know its been disscused, but wondering if any one here has these rims and how they fit. what are the problems

I had 42 offset, and I now have 43 offset and I have not expierienced rubbing ever. I also have a comptech drop and have loaded up the car a few times. i just purchased rims with a 45 offset so I guess thet would be even better. I know a friend that had adr kasai with 38 offset on a tl-p and he had some rubbing in the back, but not in the front. Any how, do some research on speedy atix wheels, they have the same style but feature real chrome instead of adr's hmc silver(faux chrome)

whaassup j,

Mine are 18 x 7.5 42 offset with 225 40 18 rubber.

Rear: Rubbed pretty bad. I had to gently roll the lip on the wheel well and shave off some of the plastic right above the mud guard.

Front: No rubbing, but the inside of the wheel won't clear the caliper if the brake pads are new. I just ground off some of the caliper, painted them, and plan to put new pads on soon. Hopefully I ground off enough.

Keep in mind this is with an Eibach Pro-Kit not like it matters for the caliper issues...

i have 18 x 7!! with 42 offset and i have minor rubbing...

18x8 and 40 offset u will rub so much u will eventually hate your car.

i put my 16" TL rims on today with snows, and it felt so good not rubbing when slamming on brakes, or when making certain turns.

my rims are 225/40/18

and im lowered with comptech fronts and H&R rears...

i rub in the front alll the time....i once put 9 people in my CL-S and i rubbed....the whole time...i mean really, no turns just driving while rubbing.

Thanks guys

what killing me it seems to be diffent for everybody. why doesn't anybody make wheels that fit our cars right. or at least the rim i want. I did find out that speedy makes a wheel but its only 17s and i want 18. I dont know if i should risk it. any body know of rims that might look like the adrs other than the speedy.

Are you sure about that 40 offset for the Kasai? The highest offset appears to be only 38.

i also rolled my fenders a lil bit using the old baseball bat method which helped a lil bit but i'm also gonna go from 235's to 225's and that should stop it...if it i doesn't then i'm gonna go punch the guy who sold me the rims in the face and laugh at him...even though he sold them to me for dirt cheap
