Dealer wrecked my car....AGAIN!!!!
My car is as close to falwless as you can get. 3 rock chips on front clip, one on side no door dings.
This car has been driven on wet pavement only a few times.
I took it in to Suburban for a simple check up and it appears that the car came down off the hoist onto a tool box or something.
There was a 2" gouge 1/8 inch deep into the front fascia cover and it pushed it into the fender closing the gap.
To make matters worse, it is evident that someone tried to fix it by the gouges in the fender at the seam.
Can you #%@*$ believe this???
They will fix it and I have demanded NEW front clip fender insert and fender, and WILL get it.
Does this qualify for a pain and suffering case since I have not slept in two days and I am sick????

Damn, that's sick to read.
I also get really worried when I take my car for service/repairs. There ALWAYS sems to be some type of damage to my car when their done.
Freakin' people just don't get it!

Man, Suburban must really suck ass. I think this is like the 4th horror story I've heard about them. Take it to Troy next time. They are idiots at the service department, but the techs seem to do a good job.
Don't rest until you get new parts. Good luck.
P.S.
Where exactly do you live? I'm away at school in E. Lansing, but my home is in Bloomfield. Let's meet up sometime.

ewww, I know exactly how you feel, it happened to me twice at the dealership with my first brand new car..
They went to push the floor jack under the car and forgot to put it down all the way and the smashed the rocker panel..I did not notice the mark till days after... I made them eat it.
Then a cople months later I decided to grab something eat while the car was getting inspected/emissions and some stupid fucking 16 yr old backed my car into a 35K SUV on the lot.. I watched it happen from across the street at the pizza place!!... I flipped out... they fired the kid, I ran into him at the mall a month later and he ran from me.. Literally RAN... I felt my blood pressure sky rocket when I seen him.. They ate the cost on that one too.. BUT the factory paint is the best paint from what I am told....
Hope your babygirl gets fixed up right..

That sucks ass . I hope that nothing like that happens here. Their's only one dealership in the whole state. So, if they f'ed up my ride I have no place else to take it. They have been cool so far but they know that they have a monopoly. :pfawk:

I got a door ding at and Acura dealer and i went into the service desk and started talking to the manager about it right in front of customers. He had no problem taking my car in to a local auto body shop to repair the damage. They even threw in a TL loaner.
Be sure to have customers at the service desk when you approach them on this. It will do the trick.

That is shitty to hear. Ann Arbor Acura curbed one of my wheels while it was in for an alignment. I have yet to take mine in for anything since then. I think taking any car to a dealership for simple maintenance = mistake. They are overpriced and the dumbasses working on the cars couldnt give a shit if they return it back in the same condition you left it in. They probably assume you're like every other person and you just have to car for transportation, and you dont care about small aesthetic problems.
