Dealer Parts people STUPID!!!

I am still having the problem with my A/C and or fan blowing continuously while it is on "off" and stays at full speed even while turning down or up..but it does change temps...anyway I have researched the net and discovered on :consumerguide.com that this is a trouble spot with 2001 model cl 3.2

they state the following:

The fan(s) for the radiator and/or a/c condenser may run continuously and kill the battery. Both fan relays require replacement.

So, I call Advanced Auto and they say these are dealer only parts...I call Acura of Milford and the guy says " I can't look up those parts by name, you will have to bring the old parts in to look at"... I then call Acura of Norwalk and the guy says " What are you talking about? They don't run on relays"..... WTF??????
Am I missing something here????

DOES ANYONE KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THESE FAN REALYS ARE LOCATED???

Please help...

Lexy

according to my helms...

Under-hood Fuse/Relay Box (back left of engine bay)
Condenser Fan Relay - relay all the way top right in fuse box
Radiator Fan Relay - relay underneath that one

Relay Block (black box in the back right of engine bay)
Fan Control Relay - Lower left relay in the box

no part #s from helms, but those should be somewhat standard relays... the acura parts guy who said they dont run on relays is an idiot, just about everything in the car runs through a relay... i know on old acuras the relays were actually in line with the fan connector and wire, but that led to relay problems because they are exposed to the weather. so now they are in the fuse boxes like they should be. hope this helps.
