Dealer fiasco

First, i'd like to appologize for this lost post but it's a very long story. (This is for reading pleasure) So I went to the dealer on Friday (which was a beautiful day) to get my oil changed and my rear view mirror exchanged because it had a crack. One hour later, the service advisor came out and told me that the mirror is not covered under warranty! So I complained to 1-800-4AAcura and filed a complaint. Anyways, then I talked to the service manager and he took a look at it. He found out that there were two rear view mirrors in stock, which he said are usually not because they're so expensive. Then he said that they'd replace it because they wouldn't have that many in stock unless there was some kind of problem with them. So after 2 hours, i got my car back and drove off. Then i realized that they forgot to give me back my valet key! so i drove back and they had to find the damn guy who drove it. Then i drove off again and realized that my side mirror didnt adjust with the memory seat function. So...i drove back and they said that they had to order me a new side mirror. Then I drove off again and my Maintenance Required light came on!! So i called the dealer on my cell and they told me how to turn it off. I've never had a problem with my car or the dealer but I was soooo pissed after that day.

Cool I went to Radley in woodbridge. They are OK but a little slow on getting things done.

I used to live right across from Radley and I didnt like the way they acted when I first went to look at CLs. Ever since i bought my car from Pohanka I dont go anywhere else but now i'm having second thoughts.
