What kind of resonator is that currently? You should try the 5" round Magnaflow resonator, that will quiet it down a lot.

its on a 22" long 4" round resonator.

I'm thinking about adding this to where the mid muffler was.

Anyone have one of these on their car? Need some input on what to get that will fit.

Thanks

aside from all this looking good and too loud needs to be quiet stuff, does the car feel any faster as if there is a good gain?

why not? it's just 5" longer than your current one, and the vibrant resonator you were looking at is wider (6.75") than this.

btw - adding any kind of performance resonator/muffler into the system will not do anything to hurt performance, magnaflows are wide open/straight through designs.

larger displacement is not a mod which is the subject I responded to. Larger displacent is higher specs between the same mod that we both have.

damn, if I get the 6" round super long resonator, that would mean I need to ditch the current....I was thinking about adding a short muffler where the OE mid muffler is between the 45* bends. I'll have to take some measurements to see what I can do.

Did the tips round tips come with the muffs? Or did you get them extra?

It's different. Props for that. It doesn't look as bad as others I've seen.
I still don't like it. The CL rear end just doesn't look right with all that muffler.
I'm sure gains are a minimum like any exhaust is for the CLS.
