Quick question... does paypal.com consider creditcard transactions cash withdrawls? I have sent money online with western union with a credit card and got a 7.50 service charge from my credit company for a cash withdrawl.

What you do is make sure and check "goods or services" when you make the donation, instead of 'quasi/cash' because the credit card co. can charge you a service fee for doing quasi-cash, because it's like taking a cash advance, whereas if you say you're paying for goods or services, it's like just using the card. And this is a service we're paying for,so it's not like, dishonest. 
SO... everyone, make sure you don't have quasi-cash checked!

Btw, anyone on dialup has a dynamic IP so everytime they reconnect and view this thread they create another View #, so I doubt 400 different people have read this thread and only 100 of them have replied.
