man, you kendall, south miami and broward people drive fast as hell all the time. we hialeah people keep it within 10 over. does streets in that area from miller down to kendall and 87-152ave are just a bunch of curves and lined with trees and crubs. i'm always hearing about people crashing down there. oh well, race your cars down the str line or @ the track....not @ u'r local 7-11

Sad stuff, the driver is most likely going to be arrested for manslaughter, DUI, and whole bunch of others, right after he recovers and gets outta the hospital. That's why I don't drive the same with a passenger then when I'm alone. Too much risk of stuff like this happening.
BTW, just view the video, it's CLEARLY a first gen CL, the rear of the car is shown in the video and that rear only belongs to the first gen CL.
