The cops must be ticket happy!!
Today I got a ticket in Lenexa, KS 51 in a 35. When the cop pulled me over he asked if I had non-stock mufflers on my car (My mufflers are still stock). I guess he thought it was too loud. The thing that completely sucks about this is I don't think I was going that fast and that the road was completely empty!!
For the people in the Kansas City area that have gotten a ticket from Lenexa do you know if they have a Double the fine to keep it off your record?? I checked there website, but it sucks and doesn't have any good information on it. Thanks in advance for the information!

Both Overland Park and Leawood will let you double down and call it a parking ticket. I would think so does Lenexa.
There a guy on ATL who got a big ticket in Lexena named daverman (from Olathe), he can help you with the rules in that city.
Where did you get ticketed? Do you have a radar detector? I'm surprised you got nailed in Lenexa, they seem to be pretty easy to get by.

I got the ticket on SantaFe Trail Dr.(Old K.C. Road) right before it goes under I-435. He was hiding back behind some of the buildings over there. I don't have a radar detector, but it will be my first purchase when I get a job. That surprised me too. I thought he was just going to give me a warning because the road was empty. I use to work in Lenexa and I never so Lenexa Officers pull people over. Made he was mad, because he had to work today! I guess I will never know for sure.
