coolant flush

can anyone point me in the direction of a diy for a coolant flush fill (how to bleed etc) on a j32a2

There are two drain valves, one on the radiator the other on the rear of the engine by oil filter area. I can provide a copy of the Helms manual if you want but this should be posted in different section fyi.
