Compliments to Acura
I had a problem with the CD player on my 03 MT. It's out of warranty at 67K, but I called Acura Customer Care anyway. Long story short -- they arranged a complimentary, one time "good will" replacement at N/C.
Companies get beat up all the time when they're percieved to not do the right thing. Thought I should give a big thumbs up when they do right by their customer.

I was trying to research the problem. I was getting an "ER1" error code when I tried to use the player. Called my dealer and they couldn't tell me what it meant. Called Bose (Interesting note here -- our Bose systems aren't made by Bose, just the amp and the speakers. The radio/cd/tape is made by Alpine.) Bose gave me that info and, while trying to contact Alpine, thought maybe the Customer Care people might have some info on what was wrong. Called them and was taken care of.

Wow, lucky you. I never expect any special favors from Acura. Do you use a lot of CDRs with paper labels? I heard that can mess up the CD player.
You must drive a lot! I barely hit 19k.

I had my SRS light come on about a month ago. I had just past the four year mark and my extended did not cover safety restraints. Because of my history and the low mileage on the car they too gave me the goodwill warranty. Saved me almost 1000 bucks.

I moved from Ellicott City in August of 2004. 30 mile commute to Silver Spring was killer.
I started going to Tischer after Norris Acura West took 2 weeks to replace my transmission

Couldn't be more happy with Tischer. Glad to see Norris is still treating you well.

Acura West is, maybe, a tad less user friendly than before Norris bought them, but still well within the acceptable range.
