Coilovers = adjustable springs and shocks, can be adjustable shocks also. Can or can not have upper pillow mount.
Springs = "coils". Just comes with springs. Shocks are sold separately. Is not adjustable.
Sleeves = i.e. Ground Controls. Adjustable springs with no shocks.

If you are a person who loves the ride of the car the way it is now, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT get springs/shocks. Cause even the Comptechs will change the feel. If you are one that is extremely sensitive to ride quality and want performance, I would recommend you get sways instead. Also keep in mind, the stiffer the suspension, the more bouncy of a ride. The softer a suspension, the more smooth it is, but if it's a spring that is a low drop but a soft spring, you will experience a condition known as "bottoming-out". That is when the spring and shock can not absorb enough shock of going over a pot hole or speed bump or so and it allows the entire wheel/tire and other suspension parts ot hit other parts of your car causing a "thunking" sound.

Explanation is great just want a little more clarification and opinions about the two setups.
I'll have sways installed soon (have them in box), but when i get rims(yes it always come down to funds so i'm not sure when) I'd like more performance but comfortable.
