Coilovers or springs?

Are ground control coilovers good? Should I go for coilovers or just comptech springs? Can you guys give me the pros and cons of each? I'd also like to know the ride quality on the types of springs and coilovers.
Thanks

Ground Control's are pretty good when paired with Koni's or some adjustable shock.

On stock shocks they will prolly be a lil bouncy.

And either way their very stiff...

The benefit... their not much more money then springs, and you get height adjustability.

My GC's are getting put on over my stock shocks Monday. I'll let ya know how it works out.

Comptech Springs are great cuz they lower your car without sacrificing any ride quality.

Problem is... not much of a drop in back... and their not quite stiff enough IMO.

One the other side of the fence, I really like my Comptech's. Agree with Soopa that the ass need's dropped a bit more than they give, but still looks and rides great. I need to update my pics, so don't go look'n for them yet!
